Bone & Muscle problems

On 16 January I had operation on my right hand wound exploration and tendon injury. In that one vein were joined and muscle, tendons repaired... After operation I had plaster for 2 months because doctor told me that no movement should be done... Now there's only 10 percent of bend on my right hand. Now I can move it but cant pick heavy weights. Doctor also told me that I should not out heavy weights. My query here is when I can go to gym ? Want to do upper body exercise and because of my injured right hand I can't do it. Right now I am going for running and doing light warm ups.

I have a swelling in finger tip from 2months.I got this injury while doing weeket keeping .I consulted two orthopedic doctors also had an xray ,medicines,then aslo it had not Cured.So its my request ...plz tell me what to do with this problem .

Hi I just need some help, as I'm currently doing brisk walking of 15 km but I'm unable to walk and want to do cycling instead. I have two questions first does cycling instead of broke walk is good idea and secondly how much km should I do cycling instead of 15 km brisk walk. Thanks

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from acute pain in by lower back just above hip on left side. This happened after a horse ride. But didn't feel any pain immediately after that. And now it almost impossible for me bend and also movement of my left leg is constrained .

I'm 29 year old guy. I'm getting mid backache frequently like once in 4 or 6 month. I maintain my posture, I do workout also. But I don't know how do I get this problem frequently. Pain subsides in one or two days like there is no problem at all but again it comes back. please help me

I am suffering from constant neck pain from last 1 year. And more than pain it causes irritation. Slowly slowly i am loosing my ability to keep my head in a constant posture. I regularly rotate it because it causes irritation when i keep it constant even for a single minute.
