Bone & Muscle problems

I am having back pain from last 15-20 days, from middle back to hip bone. I feel better when use hot water bag for a while. but again it starts aching. i have job of continuous sitting. Please suggest what should i do?

One day, my knee bent and i fell down on the floor and my knee was hurting a lot. Next day i consult a doctor, he advised physiotherapy and said it was knee lock unlock and called it a sprain. he said it will take 7-10 days and gave some medicines. i took physiotherapy for continuous 3 days and 5 days medicines but it did not helped me. so someone advised me to get X-ray done but no result found. and still the pain is same and i am not be able to bend my knee also. Kindly advise me what to do.

I have avn problem in right hip having unbearable pain. Last year i got my left hip replacement surgery due to this pls suggest..

My aunt age 48years old she have L4 L5 surgery mamatha hospital khammam last year 2016 but not cure till

I have been having a constant foot pain near heel of left leg and knee pain also sometimes. Foot pain is mostly when I wake up and then when I walk for some time. Knee pain is related to walking.

Aftet long time exercise i got back pain , special on lower back after few days its going little little but after that right side hip pain is not going.. its almost 15 days and i hv 99.8°C temperature also...i hv vitamin b12 deficiency , my last march vit b12 result is 172. Now i can't walk properly and sit also bcoz hip pain

I have been suffering from to much harder promlem in leg i dont know what it is called.sir its too much paining like someone giving me injection type.only because of this i cant stand properly sometime.

Hello Doctor, I have pain in my both heels specially when I do walk or stand long , I consulted orthopedic doctor as well and done the X-ray but he told that there is no problem and suggested me to walk regularly. I also feel mild  pain in both of my knee when I wake up in morning. My mother is suffering from arthritis and spondolysis , Is it genetical? Please suggest

I've been having continuous pain in my neck (where neck & shoulders join) and also in the area where neck & head joins. I feel weakness & dizzy many times. And also I'm unable to move my neck frequently. I was diagnosed with minimal cervical in the 2nd week of February 2017 & since then having medicines named Micabal Plus (1od) and Intagesic MR (twice a day). I have gone through physiotherapy for 10days by the end of February but not getting any relief from anything. Pls suggest something better as I don't want it to be prolonged for lifetime.

My father is 59 years old.he was hit by the iron rod of a vehicle and injured his right lower leg, just below the knee.the pain is increasing and he is not able to stand or walk and stumbling. He says he can feel that his leg bone is hurt and that is why pain is more.
