Since 5 years I am working in Forest Department so many things that are the best thing to me about knee pain.

I am 27 year old married female from past 1 year facing numbness in my legs and hand while I wake up followed by pain in neck,shoulder, hands and legs.gone through with all tests like calcium, vitamin d, magnesium, blood test etc but it shows normal reports.what should I do?

My MRI report states "multiple areas of bone marrow contusions of both condyls of femur and tibia bones with moderate size reactionary sinovial effusion, grade  2tear of acl and horizontal tear of prosterior horn of medial meniscus and grade 1 sprain of mcl". Do I require surgery? I've started doing quad exercises and ROM exercises at home from the last 5-6 days. I don't want to go under the knife. Please help.
