Bone & Muscle problems

My bones dimensions and body physique is same since i was 13... Now I'm 22 and in postgraduate course bt still I look like a schoolboy... Why my growth spurt skipped and had no variation in dimensions like wrist bone, waist, height as well as weight. (Height 158cm & 46kg at 13) Now 160cm & 47kg at age 22.

Sir / madam , I am a Youngster and im 19 , im too lean as my height is 5.10" but my weight is just 55kgs . What should i do to gain muscles and chest .? Help me out with a good idea .

I am a badminton beginner playing continuously for a week, but last 2 days feeling severe Pain on my both Knees Just little bit below the join, Outside face. But No Swelling, But Pain remains for few hours. Planning for Couple of Day rest, Is that fine?

Having pain in my upper back due to gym injury since 15 days. During first 3-4 days I did not taken rest and I continued my exercise in gym. Then pain arise after few days and I assume it as muscle strain and taken rest for few days. I put some ice on it and taken anti inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxant and I got temporary relief But now I feel pain in my thoracic vertebrae when I touch it by my hand. Pain arise when I stand or work for long time. I taken proper rest for 10 days but pain is not going. It indicates that it may be a case of herniated-disc or Vertebral injury. Should I go to the orthopedic doctor for consultation or x-ray examination for proper treatment or I should wait and rest. Please advise me what to do to treat my back pain.

I met an accident 5 years back after 2 years from accident started pain slowly it's increasing back and neck pain mainly it's neck pain I am software engineer now a days the neck pain is more some times I feel giddinesss and I can't resist that pain I consult 4 doctors they tested and they seen MRI scanning also they said nothing is there but I have pain a lot please advise and I will do hp frequently is this isaffect on back bone

Lower left back pain just above buttocks after bike accident. Increases in sitting and lying position or twisting. Can not bend or lift. No pain while standing unless bending.

Im 21 yrs old and 4 months ago after waking up from night sleep i felt pain in my right side of lower back it travels anywhere from my right ribs of backside till my waist (it does not pain in my hips at all)..it has stayed till now, i have no problem and there is no pain in walking, running, playing, sitting at all but when i lay down to sleep, movements become difficult and painfull as it pains alot in that area.. First i thought its a strain/sprain which will go automatically but it didnt go till now and i didnt take any medications yet...i might ha e lordosis i suspect coz my back curvature is a bit more bent than normal but i cant say perfectly as i have no pure idea but it pains alot while sleep.. Plz help me asap

Heavy pain in knees, hands. Even Cannot walk. Cannot touch due to pain. In joints also there is some pain. Kindly guide.

My mother is having continous shoulder pain since a month after she last travelled in bus and she feels that it started due to the jerks she experienced while she slept in sleeper bus. She is unable to lift her right hand properly due to the pain.Please suggest something
