Got ankle fracture...it was cemented 4 months ago and it was removed but it is swelling...and some times its not...and similarly pain follows the same thing

Sir, I got accident on 29 Dec 16 and my left hand elbow had been sustained grade 1 compound fracture supra consular humerus. I operated by close reduction method on 30th Dec 16. Till today I m not feeling well, healing process is also very slow. Hand is looking like as it was operation day. I am not able to do my daily routine work. From pain point of view, I m feeling little bit relief. Sir, Please advise me how to recover early , how many days it will take time in joining bone . What are the precautions, what are the diets. After how many days I will be able to join office.

I have been having continuous bone pain since 2-3weeks this pain grows more during night and no sleeping It occurs in lower back portion , thighs, knee,below the knee portion and foot kindly urge to my problem.

I am not able to sit or stand because of pulled back muscle. I am suffering since yesterday. Please tell me what should I do.

I had hairline fracture on my left wrist on Dec 2016. Injury was on a join between wrist and thumb. I have recovered from injury by 90% but there is still pain when I twist my left wrist upwards on downwards to the extreme and apply pressure to it. I am not sure what should I do about it. Kindly help.
