Bone & Muscle problems

I have a lump in pubic area its not bursting or opening but its little painful two lumps on the same area why is this happening and how to get rid of it plz help me its very irritating

I was playing dashing car and I got hurt my leg got hurt badly N I hav this red spot.i guess the blood has got clotted at one place.how to remove the big red spot?i applied iodex and ice on it will the stain remain forvr?Please suggest me what to do N wat to use so the stain doesn't remains

Ankle sprain (left & right sides of the right leg ankle)due to some minor accident on road .Pain is at the same position where there is a fracture .There is a small fracture at my right ankle and at the same place its paining now.It has been 2 weeks after the injury,but unable to walk properly.Not able to keep my foot completely on floor while walking.

I was started walking/jogging last week. Then got the calf pain due to discontinued walking/jogging.

My wife have problem in shoulder since past 1 year whenever she she doing any work her shoulder got swelling and lot of pain

Hello Sir/Madam I am 24 female. I am having Vitamin D deficiency. From past few weeks I am getting severe pain in my neck and shoulder of right hand. I feel like my neck muscles are becoming stiff. The pain increases as I sit and work with system. Also there is severe pricking/tingling sensation in the hand from wrist to shoulder. Which doctor should I consult Ortho/Neuro. Please suggest. Sir i m in working indian air force. I have done MRI recently. I have sacrolitiistic in back. Sir i consult many doctor and i get a lots of mefine ; till noe i m not well. So plesse give me suggestion at the earliest.

If i jog for few minutes or fast walk for 15 minutes or above my right leg calf muscle is swelling making it difficult to at least walk and i feel the same pain on my left leg calf muscle but doesn't see any swelling, so please suggest me a remedy for my problem.

I fell down from a motor cycle in january. I felt pain that day and the day after. There was no pain for many days. I even lifted weights and luggages. However now i feel pain for the last few weeks. My work includes typing a lot.
