I had viral fever few days back & there was not much mobility during those days. After recovering I started walking 3 to 4 km in a stretch which lead to knee pain. Now the right most part of the knee has swollen, can you please advise me any home remedies & exercises.

Hi Dr, I getting numbness in my fingers from last 2 days, some times have have lower back pain and stiffness in my neck.

When i walk there is small pain in inside left knee Just for a 10minutes a walk, I and there is severe pain starts. Im a 9th class girl , 14 yrs.for last four days I have been suffering form left leg pain i.e , in walking when I'm lifting my left leg getting pain above the heel and below the knee joint then I consulted a doctor , he advised to take the x-ray and the x-ray report is as follows : Subtle scoliosis of lumbar spine. Grade 1 anterior lysthesis of S1 over S2 with lysis of S1 posterior element. Spins bifida of S1. Rest of the lumbar vertebral bodies are normal in alignment. Pedicles and spinous process are normal. lntervertebral disc space appear normal. sir kindly advice me to over come the above problem.
