Doctor, I am of 16 and half years and my height is approx 157 cm. and I want to join a gym . so I want to ask you that can I join gym or not, whether it would have any bad effect on my height

Recently my kid has femure fracture and doctor did hip spica for 6 weeks. After 2nd week end we had x ray but it looks fracture has still same displacement around 32 degrees. Does the child has remodelling capacity to cover 32 degrees oblique fracture? Also fracture has 3cm overlap.

Hi i am 21 years old, i have been facing lower back pain since 6 months. My MRI reports show that "there is a loss of lumbar lordosis, bulging disc between L4-L5 and L5-S1, and there is an annular tear in the disc too". I Have been doing many exercises like the McKinsey technique and other backward bending stretches. I dont feel any improvement and now its even hard to sit for few minutes without support, it is stopping me from playing sports and other regular work, please guide me with the dos and donts and other useful things so that we can chat privately ! I have been suffering from back pain from last 1 year. The pain starts from the lower back to the neck and shoulders too.
