Bone & Muscle problems

I have cesarean in Jan last week. Now I got knee pain suddenly. When I stand after sitting it causes pain.  Please suggest what should I do . I have started  exercise also but not much effective.

I am sitting constantly on chair at day so my back gets pain at night while sleeping. Help with exercise at home, Aerobics or Yoga. please let me know if any Blog will help me to do

I have this continuous pain in left leg, which starts from buttocks and ends till my thigh behind. when i am getting up from a chair or getting out from a taxi the pain comes during that time. It is unbearable now. have visited a doc but still no relief.

Having these lump shown in the pics on the fingers of hand as well tiny ones , which grows big occasinaly and is painful too. I had cut these lump of dead skins or tissues with a nail cuttr sometimes as they were hurting nd becomes painful when grows big.

I met an accident last year and fall from my bike towards left shoulder from my bike..That time I met doctor and he consulted for x-ray but don't find anything after months I have slight pain in my shoulder also have too much crackling on left portion(include shoulder ,left back and fingers) cause numbness in fingers and some time I feel like some nerves are their back in shoulder and after crackling it went fine ,i met a doctor and done MRI as well and he diagnose some weakness and referred some exercise for a month ..Done that but no result..Now he is saying that it is just my thinking that I am sick but I am not ..I am clueless .Please help😶

I have a problem in my foot and took medicine for 2 weeks. It got relieved for some time, but now pain is increasing. Should I go for injection treatment ?

From last 1 year and more, I have pain in my leg bone which is below knee and above ankle. it is always there for 24 hours. What shall I do

I have some pain on the back of my right knee and on its right side. There is no pain on the back of my thigh. I was told this is minor inflammation and that it will go. Its been there for 3 months now and I've taken NSAIDs but there's still pain. I workout in the gym 5 times a week, only upper body part though.

I had an accident and my mri says.. *Osteochondral fracture of kateral tibial plateau posteriorly and lateral femoral condyle with marrow edema/contusion in lateral femoral condyle and biletral tibial plateau. * Torn anterior cruciate ligament, moderate synovial effusion. * soft tissue inflammatory changes involving the subcutaneous fat planes around the knee join. What should be the best experienced advise? i am in a severe pain somtimes and cant walk without the support also cant even stand on my left leg?
