  3. Plantar fasciitis. The only choice left?

Plantar fasciitis
My foot is not healing I feel pain in my right heel every morning.or after taking test. I have tried ice bottle, tendocare medicine, stretching for more than a month now. Still the morning pain is not going away? Is injection the only choice left ??? I want to start running again, but can't because of this pain. Please help !

If it is plantar fascitis, injection in that painful point is the next option. It needs Sterile techniques, which only orthopaedic surgeon can do. Check ur blood sugar levels before injection. Get correct fitting shoes.
