My right knee ligaments are damage in an accident ant due to ths i am suffering frm pain while walking or driving can u olzz help me

I've had terrible backache since 2 years..I face problem while sleeping and sitting for long hours..Some doctors said that I am suffering from scoliosis and suggested some exercises but nothing really worked..Can you please help me with this?

I have pain at right hip area and back also..and pain near right buttock along with nerve pain total leg..4 days back i had middle back pain when i was in my periods...this is 1st time i got..4th day of my period it reduced..after 3days i got these pains..i never experienced this till now...can u suggest me..

Hello, I have back pain from last 2-3 days. It gets really worse at night. I don't know how it caused so suddenly cause i didn't lift or do any type of that work. I have recently started working  (20-25 days) so it might be due to regular sitting but I doubt that. And it is triggered during sneezing too. Please suggest what to do. Exact location of pain is around lower hip I guess.

I have been suffering from mild constant pain on the right side of my neck. I have got an x-ray done and the report says there might be a spasm. I observe that the pain increases when I work for long hours in front of laptop. What should be my next steps to get relief?

I have back pain from last 1 yr i did xarys but still there is no bone issues and it is muscle pain...i do even exercises but still pain is not going...
