Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is having pain in lower back(nr hip area) while sleeping and sitting since 4 days. While walking this pain doesn't occur. please advise.

I had a pain in the knee few days back, I used to walk regularly without paying much attention to the knee. Now the right most part of the knee has swollen a bit. Can you please advise me what to do?

I met with a accident on 5th dec 2016 because of which my right arm brok, its over 14months now, i visited doctor on 1st march He said its perfect now, have confidence and do things, but i can still feel the pain. before the recent visit also he said the same. Due to excessive amount of vitamin b12 intake (1-1.5 years), my father is feeling that he has got blood clots in his under feet. (Recently he went to doctor because of weakness, and the doctor gave him B12 shots) Also he has increased triglyceride and LDL. What can be the possible cause for the blood clots?

I could feel numbness in my little finger and a part of ring finger of my left hand as i got up and it is since a week and hasn't come back to normal. Sometimes it pains but being still there isn't any energy over that part.I couldn't lift things using left hand and I fear if it is any major problem.
