Pain in leg muscle
Hello, I m suffering from severe pain in Gastrocnemius muscle. Pain becomes unbearable at night. This problem stared around one month ego. The pain is increasing day by day. Guide me, what should I do to overcome this problem. Is any exercise will help me?

This could be cramps that may be arising due to lack of proper water intake or low electrolyte level.
Next Steps
keep u r self well hydrated specialy when going to sleep. take tender cocconut for 2-3 days that should help .

Hello there,, Well there could be many causes for pain in calf muscles,,, 1)lack of nutrients. 2)depletion of electrolyte's 3)dehydration due to seasonal variation 4)more serious-venous and circulatory problems.
Next Steps
Avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits and junk food,refrain from smoking. Resort back with proper history and exact symptoms for proper guidance and help.
