X-ray findings- hill Sachs MRI - bankart lesion Plz suggest my right hand becoming thinner Can't able to throw anything Injury occurred while playing cricket throwing ball One year ago after that 3to4time dislocated and automatically relocated again Plz help

Consult an orthopaedic surgeon as surgery is the only cure  for recurrent dislocation
