MRI explantation, right shoulder
I recently received my MRI results for my right shoulder's rotator cuff, but I cannot get an appointment to see my doc for another couple weeks. Can someone explain what these findings mean? IMPRESSION: 1. No labral tear. 2. Posterior fibers of the infraspinatus demonstrates a small 4 mm articular surface tear extending approximately 50% the width of the tendon. Supraspinatus tendinosis with mild articular surface fraying/low-grade partial tearing. No high-grade cuff tears or any full-thickness cuff tears. No muscle atrophy or edema of the cuff. 3. Minimal intra-articular biceps tendinosis. Mild subacromial and subdeltoid bursitis with minimal degenerative changes of the acromio clavicular joint.
