Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I have problem with joint pains from around more than an year in all over body Also have swelling in hand and legs ,sometimes it becomes difficult to even bend hand and leg please suggest which doctor to visit and which medical department will be approached for the same

Back muscle is having constant ache like cramp. couldnt bent forward or backward. pain intensity increases if the legs are bent forward

I've noticed that my fingers always shiver when I try to keep them steady. I have been ignoring this for a long time. Almost 4 years as this doesn't affect my day to day activities. But at times when I'm doing something delicate like using a test tube or holding something heavy, my hands shake a lot. Please suggest what I should do

Lower back pain..muscle weakness...muscle immflamation...pain when sitting...no pain while sleeping..doctor rules out sciatica...

I'm suffering from knee pains from 1 month,to reduce or prevent these joint paints and knee red Ness ,so please tell how to prevent from these?

I have been wirh back pain and hand pain for past one week. My nature of job is travelling by bike with heavy loads.

I currently having pain inside my right knee.. an Incident happend almost 9 months ago..During playing football i twisted my knee..at that time I had pain inside the right side of my right knee..after that I took 3 weeks rest by myself.Then I started playing again the pain also coming back...this time its mild one which I can bear...The pain still there which is not effect walking or even playing. 3 weeks before when playing again when I hit the ball with power I heard a sound inside my right knee and I felt pain suddenly.after that I can't even walk properly.At that time I felt pain near the starting of calf muscle.I consulted a ortho specialist Nxt day . He checked me & said that my ligaments are fine . There's nothing wrong with the bones also..He given some tablets for the pain. he also said that there is a chance of swelling inside the knee.I consumed the tablets for 2 weeks..aftr 2 weeks he said I'm okay to play. and the pain is gone. when I started playing again I hitv the ball
