Bone & Muscle problems

One month ago, I tried few exercises to increase height just for fun and really noticed changes. I grew 1.5 cm taller. After getting positive results I really want to know that can I grow my height further? If yes, what else should I try for more results?

I've sustained spinal injury in a road accident for past 2.5yr. Traumatic quadriplegia.ILower limbs show limited sensation ,motor power in uper limb very limited nd absent in both lower limb.A ayurvedic therpist told me still i am not abl to use calliper stand.But i feel ,though it will take some time to handl it myself ,i can use it.I just want to know or want consultation from othopedic dr.what should i do .

I am having this lower back pain from more than 2 weeks now and there has been no relief. The pain is increasing day by day.

C3-c4 disc shows left paracentral bulge indenting the cord c5-c6 disc shows posterior central and left paracentral protrusion which is seen indenting the cord and encroaching the left neural foramina indenting the left exiting nerve root. c6-c7 disc shows posterior central bulge indenting the cord schmorl's nodes are noted in the lower dorsal spine desiccated l3-l4 & l4-l5 discs noted

Have done spinal and dorsal MRI, MRI of Dorsal Spine-- schmorl's node is identified along the superior endplate of D10 vertebral body. MRI of Lumbar Spine without contract- mild diffuse annular bulge is identified of L3-4, L4-5, L5-6 discs, indenting the thecal sac.

I have knee osteoarthritis what to do please help me I do not have any idea which helps me to be take a medical

My mother is suffering from back pain from past one week she is not even able to sleep at night because of pain I don't what what is the reason. She is having pain in her shoulders and hands also

I feel pain and heaviness  in my legs aft er very little normal walk as if I have cliimbed stairs or hill . I stop for while to gain stamina and then collect courage to walk again . It is very sever pain in my lower body area including waist buttock n thighs.my heartbeats go up when I stretch my self to walk forcefully.

I have pain in my neck... tell me any exercise ...I Am working.. I have to fill forms... Then what to do... So that My problem will be resolve as soon as possible
