Iam having severe backache since 1 month. i have undergone mri and ultra sound abdomen and learnt that there is some disc bulge. but i have confusion to whom i should consult i.e. whether neurologist or spine surgeon.

You see either of them ortho surgeon or spinal surgeon followed by a visit to a physiotherapist who can help you with corrective exercises.
