I'm 16 years old and weigh 50 kg. I've been going to the gym for 4 months now. recently i was recommended to consume amino acids for better progress. im not entirely sure about what supplements i should consume. whey or amino or what is recommended for me?

You can have egg whites...rajma... chicken..for a good protein source..
