Bone & Muscle problems

It seems like only during spring and summer time I get an intense pain in my lower back. It's a burning and aching pain that is so severe it's crippling to the point where I can't walk without having to bending over and leaning against something for support or sit and rest. I cannot step up on a curb or up stairs without shooting pain. This only started happening during spring and summer of 2016. My job requires a lot of walking and standing so this issue is preventing me from doing my job. It hurts so bad that by the time I can rest I am in tears. I drink and eat well and exercise with my job and walking around my neighborhood to places near me. Thank you so much for your help!

I usually get a gout attack 1-3 times a year, depending on how well I maintain my water intake and if I injure my joints when I play. But this month, I first got a gout attack when I sprained my ankle (on the same ankle) and then a week later, on the knee. Need to understand if there Isa longer term solution to the problem.

While traveeling form london to ahemdabad i have this pain in my thighs since the day i landed i think its musceles craps .

I have been advised for a physio by a ortho doctor. I have back pain from some time, and had an MRI last weak. It shows disc bulge in l4-l5 lumbar region. I want to know how long should I get Physio and what type of physio exercises? Also is physio at home as effective as physio at clinic?

She is suffering from abdominal pain and gastric and back pain since last 5 year when she became the mother now she told me about her problem can you suggest me on this

Nothing found in all MRI @BLOOD REPORTS and no use of medicines also ,so please suggest me any support devises and exercises to walk and strengthen my joints

Pain and swelling in foot upper and and lower both leg alternatively and in upper side of both side moving towards left to right some times in ankle to.spine xray normal, uric acid normal, nervs normal ,all most test are normal only vitamin D is low as9.9

She is having pain in all joints specially in left shoulder and both knees. It has been more than a month now
