I am having sever lower back pain from last 3days.i am unable liedown on bed .can u please help me out

My mom got excessive pain in her knee joint from yesterday night. Yesterday in the day time she eat the freezed dhai so i dought it is tha cause of it and also she is the patient of diabetes. Can can be the quick solution for now?? she is in pain now also

Tibia and fabula at lower leg on 12 mar ....got a surgery on 23 .....a rod or pin is .....they did not screw .....after that they asked my for 1 half month ...rest .after ther they told their is no recovery ....so they put plaster full on the leg ....asked to 1 1/2 to visit xray recovery but shows a gape still then again 1 month rest ? Time to rec

Leg got slip and since then there is immense pain on left inner upper thigh muscle, seem like muscle pull, problem walking stably, sitting in the car, cannot stretch legs or do a side lounges.

Right leg keen pain is there and if walk to much pain. when i wake from bed it will pain. please suggest me . it happend from accident 2015 after i took an treatment and certain days it was good my right keen . 20 days back i went play a cricket and again i got injury so i did not take any treatment.
