Swelling in the feet after cast removal

Lower back pain
I have this lower back pain since long, my job requires travel and I drive my car for longer duration. Though the pain is not travelling to the legs (no tingling sensation or numbness in legs) but the pain in lower back has been there on and off. I have been doing some physiotherapy exercises as well.
