Bone & Muscle problems

I had hurt right side of my neck 4 days ago while playing wrestling. There is no problem or pain in day time but when I go to sleep there is immense pain in the right side of the neck it's unberable and I even can't sleep nicely throughout the night. The pains moves down to the scapula region of the right side shoulder. Kindly advice.

I have pain in my left knee from 4 months, when i walk fast or sit, i feel pain and could not bent my knee without pain. i live in village and consult doctor 2 months back in jaipur. He gave me medicine but of no use.

My 1,25 Dihydroxy vitamin d3 is 85 pg/ ml and my vitamin D profile is low. D2- .52, D3- 7.14, D- 7.25 . What can I do.
