Bone & Muscle problems

I have back stiffness from past one and a half yrs. sometimes its grows more n sometime it is less. when i am at rest it grows more and cant even stand properly. I have to take help to get up. every morning when i get up sometime my neck muscle get stiff sometime shoulder, sometime back and even sometime i hv pain in my chest sternum. kindly help

On Monday i.e 26/06 I had an accident.where I got hurt on my ankel. Next morning there was sweeling and pain. After consulting the doctor he told me there is ligament tear and will have to take 2 weeks bed rest. But after 2 days there is no sweeling and hardly there is any pain.kindly guide.

My father is 76. Operated in Feb 2016. Doctors says operation is pefact & hip ball is exactly on place.Till date he has pain which comes & goes in every 2-3 days. Also taken 2nd opinion. Another doctor says pain is due to touching of upper portion of hip ball to muscle causes pain so reoperation required. How to treat him for pain without reopera?

Last year I slipped and my ankle got a sprain. I work as a radiology technologist. So most of the time I will be standing. Now I came to know that it was a ligament tear. Now I am not able to walk or stand for some time. it causes swelling and pain by night. Since its been 1 year, is there a way to cure it now? please let me know your suggestions.

Hello, I have had proximal femur fracture 5 months back, underwent ORIF, plates and screws are still n place. I can walk freely now, however since 2 days I am experiencing a sudden pain in my hip joint especially while bending leg upward in 90 degrees from hip joint. Can you please suggest right treatment i should go for? Thanks.

Since last 2months im having slight pain in my middle finger (right hand) i had been to a doctor he said this would heal with time but it hasn't. I fell on my hand while playing. No swelling.
