Bone & Muscle problems

Its been around 8 weeks since my ACL reconstruction using hamstring graft. I have been going to office without knee brace from 6 weeks onwards.I have more than 130 degree bend in my knee but still the hamstring is weak and painful. Unable to lift calf more than 90 degree while doing standing knee bend. The hamstring stiffens and pains. Please help

I am having pain in my shoulder neck area from 2 days pain is not outside it is inside . Now it's tough to take my hand up . Is it cervical pain .

Hi I'm Kiran(F 51) from Gujarat.I've consultanted some of doctor before they told me that I need knee replacement. But when I comprared normal Knee X ray report. There is a normal gap I've. So why Would need to change. So I wanted to consult neutral person who can give me some real advise on it. Would it be possible to send you my X ray report ?

My right leg knee is paining severely. Exactly I can see very little bulge on the top of my knee and also left side of it.

Swelling and pain in both hand fingers. Blood report- RA test negative ( done twice) body stiffness and paining.

There is some strain in neck and numbness in shoulder part and sometimes pain in the shoulder . but I am able to move my shoulder in all direction .sometimes its normal sometimes numbness in the shoulder and sometimes moderate pain in the shoulder
