I'm 16 year old and my back paining so much since 6to7 months Even I'm not able to sit 30 min properly i need some support for sitting and some time my back pain increases so much that turns me in tears

For past two years am suffering from frequent shoulder dislocation (right) and pain even if I do any mild exercise say swimming or pull ups. Kindly advice me on how to get rid of this. Thanks.

I had twisted my ankle on 2nd june and have a constant pain since then. The swelling has susbsided though and I got an x-ray done and tge doctor told me there was no fracture.
