Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I fold/stretch my left leg, some crackling sounds are coming in the knee. It always happen in left leg only.But there is no pain. Does it indicates any weakness in bone strength ?if yes,  What should I do to improve bone strength? Also, Why this crackling sounds happen?? I am 25 yrs and my weight is 69. My height 6 feet.

My mom is suffering from aloot of pain in her all the joints please help. She is not able to do anywork and is not able to eat anything because of pain. Her head is also paining aloot because of that. From the today morning she is suffering from this problem and is very ill. Please help us out plzzz. She is not able to do anywork and is not able .

Low ankle swelling and pain for my mom aged 70 yrs. She is unable to walk continuously. There is pain while walking. She is using soft sandles, but still there is pain.

I have constant pain in my lower back. When I sleep on my stomach at night, I feel my lower back is sagged it starts paining a lot. I cannot sleep for long turning to my left side. Grade2 horizontal medial cleavage tear left knee with some ligament strains as per MRI..Now doctor has adviser for arthroscopy...my wife age is 38...plz suggest what to do..some say grade 2 does not need arthroscopy...she does not have pain but a cracking sound when she gets up Kind regards

My mom is suffering from acute pain in chest area between the lungs which spreads out to the shoulder blade and some times to left breast.We consulted Gastroenterologist.He suggested ECG and ultrasound scanning.ECG is normal and the doctor ruled out Heart  and  fastric problem.He prescribed some tablets related to gastric problem.But still the pain won't  go away.So we visited general physician.He prescribed some pain killers for 3days.Her condition improves when painkiller is injected but pain comes back normally after 12-14 hrs. I'm completely confused about her condition and clueless as to visit which doctor.I searched on the internet and found out that the condition could be Costochondritis or pericarditis.So please suggest me which specialist to visit? A pulmonologist or orthopedist or cardiologist or rheumatoid specialist. Thank you

Have multiple partial tears on my shoulder (MRI scan) after consulting an ortho. He told me to rest my shoulders for 3 months which i did and apply ice packs for the first month, hot packs for the second and only rest for the last. My pain has reduced considerably. It's 6 months now but still i feel some discomfort. Do ligaments heal completely.

Been gradually feeling more and more pain over the past year into both my left and right patella. I struggle to load weight and really struggle to do everyday activities including kneeling. When I kneel I feel intense pain and after activity. Feels to be the underside of my patella and wondering what it could be.

I just got diagnosed with fracture after wearing a plaster for 21 days as the previous doctor described it as a sprain. I'd like a second opinion on the topic. My x-rays are attached.

For past 2 weeks I have mild pain around the back of left shoulder. When I am lifting my hands from the back I get pain. I consulted an orthopedic, he advised to go for physiotherapy(IFT, USM, TENS) for a week and told to have several blood tests. The tests have come and all looks fine except vitamin D test(6.4 which is less). Pls advice.
