Bone & Muscle problems

I fallen from steps due to rain,from then I am facing right knee joint pain. I see no swelling. Please help

I meet with an accident and suffering from mild reverse curvature.kindly guide how to get rid of this pain.

In 6 to 7 months ,I have more and more pain in hand ankel joint pain..I m using calcium tablets and auintments like volini zandu balm etc but no relief..and also more pain in night times and early morning..What can i do..
