I have a hard lump at the back of right hand. Its paining verybad. Its been a few days.it feels like bone .

lump on back of hand can have many diagnosis.  It can be ganglion, GCT,  exostosis,  TB CYST.
Next Steps
have u done a X-ray of ur hand and have u done any blood investigation
