Bone & Muscle problems

Hello.. My mom had pelvic rami fracture. I have attached the xray report. My physician told me that it is minor fracture. Request you to advise what medicines are required at this stage.

I have damaged both of my Achilles tendons and I am seeking advise on what I should do; Is there any point/need in visiting a doctor/physio? I will obviously rest them as much as possible, but walking around is unavoidable. With this in mind, I am seeking advice on how much rest I should give them or if there is anything I can do to support them?

Past 3 months I have been working out in the gym. A month back I started developing slight pain on my right inner side of the elbow and forearm. Consulted a docter who said my tendons have inflamed and suggested Inflabit cream and ice pack and a month's rest. I was sometimes irregular in applying but things haven't changed much even after a month.

My wife has thyroid.last week we went to a hill station. After our return, her legs has swelled a lot and there is lot of pain below her ankle joint in the feet area. Her vit D is also less.
