Need help to fix painful Bow legs
I Have bow legs since a long time. It is not severe but it hurts when I do activities like running or jumping.
Please let me know how to fix it or at least stop it from getting worse. I make sure I take vitamin D tablets. IS surgery the only option or are there any exercises to fix this.

Hip joint pain since one and half years
Mri report. Small T1/T2 hypointensities notrd in soft tissue lateral to head of right femur within the capsule blooming on GRE. Small subchondral erosions noted in the head of right femur. Ct screening showed small corresponding calcific densities. Minimal right hip joint effusion noted

Over salt consumption
