I have been lower back pain since 15 days and i am not able to sit 15minutes properly in one place,i am checked with doctor he told me that there is lumbar spondilities

I have been having pain in my neck and tinnitus in left ear and vertigo since 2 years ..also took medicine but didn't help. .Also tinnitus now appears in right ear. .very confused Wat to do??pls suggest does physiotherapy helps

I am 68 year old and have a lower back pain I h ad a operation of disk replacement 15 year ago but now when I was pushing a big box I feel a jerk and now the the pain begin I don't fell when I walk when I sleep but in the sitting posture only I can walk very easily without any pain but in only sitting posture I feel iam taking tablets of calcium and pain killer by recommanded by docter .please help me

Hello, my sister is 31 year old and her weight is 90 kgs. She was diagnosed with thyroid last year, for which she is taking the medicine everyday. She recently started doing workout as she is trying to conceive. She has lost around 5 kgs in 2 months. However, by doing so, she has started experiencing knee pain. Could you please advice what could be done to get relief from the pain.
