Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having pain in the top portion of my left feet and now pain has moved to the ankle. It has been there for 3-4 days.

I live in delhi. It has been more than a year i got my ankle sprained. It was just a normal twist on my ankle never thought that it is gonna stay for that long. There is a lump on my foot after 1 year of that incident. There is no pain but when i put pressure on my foot it feels like there is some kind of restriction. Also the lump looks like accumulated mass, it is hard, can feel body mass when i press that lump. Please help.

I had an accident last month which caused some injury in my knees. I consulted with a docter and said that it's a ligament injury and will heal with time. As of now there is a bit swelling and pain over there. please recommend some diagnosis or excercise to cure that

I am a 52 year old male. For last few months I am having pain and inflammation in my knees, heels and ankles in both the legs. Uric acid,Thyroid, Vitamin B12, Vitam D (total)HBA1C HBA Hemogram are all in normal range.

My mom is having joint pain from past 2 months and swelling in the knee. She is unable to walk due to pain. She has thyroid, BP,sugar,cholesterol, and even had angiography once . Her treatment for the joint pain is going on but there seems no improvement and no relief in pain . Is their any way to cure this disease.?

Hi I am having pain at lower back from yesterday. I think the reason being I tried to move a heavy bed. I applied Tiger balm and took a Crocin advanced before sleep yesterday and today morning I found the pain has vanished but with another 2 hour it started paining again.
