Three years after operation for joint replacement of both knees nerves of both legs become damaged .Below both knees of legs there is swelling my doctor says there no treatment for impove nerves

Clavicle fracture of my daughter 14 yrs old does it need surgery or the braces + sling given by doc is sufficient.
