Hello doctors. I'm raymund 23 y.o and i want to take caltrate plus cause recently i got my 1st dental check up and the result is there is alot of teeth to restore and to be extracted. So i think i have a calcium def. is it okay for me to take those tablets? Iwill glady appreciate for your responses. Ty
