Wavy posterior cruciate ligament tear
As per MRI, Have "wavy posterior cruciate ligament - chronic partial tear grade 2 ". No too much swell or pain. Its been 4 months but got diagnosed now. I need to go for a hike in week. Can i take a risk of going der? Its a 7days hike. Will tear increase to grade 3 if i go and becomes unmanageable?
