Bone & Muscle problems

I hv pain in joints.Before major pain was in knee but now it has spread to other parts like fingers, shoulders,toes,elbow.There is no or little pain when i press the joints.only hurts during movement under load.It started about 3-4months back. Blood reports showed CERUM CRP-8.8mg/L SERUM URIC ACID-4.9mg% TC of WBC 11500 NEUTROPHILS-70 ESR-14mm.

My MRI showing"mild disc dessication at all carvical levels.diffuse disc bulge with ventral thecal sec indentation and no significant neural foramina stenosis at c4-c5 and c6-c7 levels.Refuse disc bulge wid right paracentral disc extrusion impinging on the cord noted at c5-c6 level.Severe compression of the right traversing nerve root noted c5c6 le

MRI-Lumbo sacral is attached. Having pain in lower back from last 2 months. Pain increases if stand or sits for some time. Gets relief only in bed rest position. Taking physiotherapy and pain killers. tab dezacort 6mg, tab gabaneuron, cap cobadex forte, tab oltaltra day as suggested by orthopaedics. I m not getting permanent relief. Plz suggest, how to get rid of this continuous pain?
