Hello doctor this is Kumar every day I am going to gym.actually I am facing elbow pain for past 15 days and I used volin spary for pain relief. After that the pain was reduced. But I have little bit pain could you please suggest any medicine.

I had my mosaicplasty surgery done on 3/12/16. From 15-20 days I am experincing a bit pin in my left knee a bit similar to that which I had pre surgery

This problem is increased in last 3 months . My knees makes crunching sound when i sit completely. And in last last one month I loose my weight without any work out. I just add cornflakes in my breakfast with regular diet. I am taking as usual diet but still feel internal weakness. Suggest natural as well other way to overcome this problem.
