Bone & Muscle problems

Pain below neck, around scapula,above back from past 1 week, tried mildpain killers, massage, exercise ect, but no result

Respected doctors, Please do me a favour. I am so confused. I have a full thickness acl tear of 9mm. My doctor recommended a surgery. Dr. Dilip Rathi from (rnh hospital nagpur). His qualifications are MBBS and MS (ORTHO). Can I trust him for surgery???? Thanks practo and respected doctors.

Operation also had been done before 8 year vitamin d reports also done doctor told me to your vitamin d less eat medicine I eat that also but still pain not going shoulders pain went to kneck also

Have been having knee joint pain on and off for almost year.. Was finding relief  from hot water kit.  But for the last 2 to 3 months joint pain has aggravated and has become chronic. In addition off late there is increased skin itchiness or some kind of pricky feeling under the skin. Initial analysis was for gout, but later blood results taken shows all stats to be within normal range. Kindly advice.. Thanks in advance..
