3 days ago my father accident and he is suffering from hand fracture is amway bone tablets suitable for him to take quick recovery.

There's one side over the PIP joint of my left hand's ring finger that's been painful for over a week. It appears a tad swollen compared to the identical spot on my right hand, but it is not red or warm. The soreness also increases temporarily after I take a hot shower. I believe this is coming from the tendon over the joint, not the joint itself.

While playing I felt some muscle pain and it's not getting cured.i have done first aid like pain relief spray gentle massage etc.
