Having back pain n knees pain since last 30 days using medicine also it is not controlled when she was using tablet it settles for 1 hr and after that it is same as before

I've got a root block in my lower back about 15 days ago For first six days after the procedure everthing was good But suddenly the pain has come back and it has worsened my right thigh it is aching badly the doctor concerned has asked me to take bed rest but its not going well . I play a lot of sports like badminton cricket and also gymming. So while working out in the gym , i guess i had a pull in the rotatory bone of my right shoulder.
