Bone & Muscle problems

Hi i am aditya current in 16, i am preparing for armed forces but recently i came to know that i have flat foot. So i want to know that, if it is curable or not,and if it is , what are the ways to cure it.

From 3 months I suffer from harmstring, already cure it in general hospital of Santa Cruz, after more than 1 month swelling is over but little pain is their, physiologist of their advice to do your regular work with some exercise & now before 2 weeks swelling is come again & pain occur please suggest,

What could cause a hill-sachs lesion besides a dislocation? An x-ray showed the lesion but I have never dislocated my shoulder.

8 year held I went for all doctor done everything but still pain i just eating medicine,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

My Left wrist Ligament has teared. I cannot lift huge weight and can handle anything between 0-3Kgs. When I twist my wrist, I experience huge pain. Right now I am using Wrist Splint to avoid twist. I have visited 4 doctors so far. All tablets which they provided have not resolved the issue. X Rays show ligament tear. CT was also done. Only option for me is Surgery. My question is... 1. Can I delay Surgery? I can manage with it. Its already been 2 months ago this happened. And Recently I was experiencing issues during my Job. 2. If there is a bone crack, and not treated soon, whether it will damage further? I just don't want to Loose my Hand.

Last night i jumped into a pool and landed on my left foot. The force was too high that my foot is paining when i am walking. The pain is tolerable but still i am not able to walk properly. What should i do?
