I am having vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficency. My Medicine is also going on after consulting doctor.He suggested me to take 6 b12 injection out of which i have taken 4 injection till now,but i am feeling weakness in my legs.What should I do.Should I consult doctor or wait for all 6 injection.

Had a kink in my neck week and a half ago, hasn't gone away, but continually gotten worse. Have started having pains radiate down my arms, and into my hands, as well as my legs.

As per MRI, Have "wavy posterior cruciate ligament - chronic partial tear grade 2 ". No too much swell or pain. Its been 4 months but got diagnosed now. I need to go for a hike in week. Can i take a risk of going der? Its a 7days hike. Will tear increase to grade 3 if i go and becomes unmanageable?

I am suffering from back discomfort for 4 months. But i have no pain. I fell down during playing football and also i lifted heavy weight during that time. I consulted a docter and i have its x ray. He said there is slight disk problem. But he marked it on the si joint. What i this? How can i get a permanent cure???

For how many days should i wear a crepe bandage after my partial menisctomy surgery and should I start running as it has been three weeks since surgery

A day before yesterday my heel of left leg started swelling with pain. Even I have been unable to put it on ground. Earlier I was diagnosed with excess uric acid and was received a treatment. Once the problem gone I didn't give care. Now I am taking Allopurinol 100mg twice since yesterday with ibrufen but relief has not come yet. Please advise
