My 2 year son fell down on shoulder one week before. From that time he is having pin like pain in shoulder and cries whenever pain occurs. Also he feels pain in under arm of right. We showed to doctor. Took x Ray. No fracture. Doctor recommend ibugesic plus. But the pain returns. Other times he is active and plays well. Please suggest solution

Having swelling in my right index finger. The swelling is more in the morning when i get up and the swelling reduces during the day. There is a pain when finger hits somewhere else do not feel any pain.
