Bone & Muscle problems

Turned my ankle a week ago. Still swollen. especially around ankle bone area where it looks like i have a baseball for an ankle.

I was involved in a bike crash 24 hours ago where I hit the floor knuckle first which cut all along them, I've previously fractured the lower end of my right pinky just above the wrist and for the past 5 hours it feels as if there's something sharp moving about, I've practically lost all gripping strength in comparison to my left hand

I am having irritation pain in knee, down side of cap... It's too much... Can't sleep... Mostly in night... Any small movement or brain activeness diversity me from this...

In March my wife met with an accident and injured her L1 she was on bed rest for 1 month and was not working for 3 month, later this month when she started working on job she was suffering from back pain. She did an MRI and this time she was told that the fracture was in L1 and L2 and was not recovered even after 1 month of bed rest. Can the fracture heal without surgery as she dint take complete bed rest for 3 months and instead she took bed rest for a month and was freely moving after 1 month. A doctor has suggwst for vertriboplasty where as other doctors has suggest not to do that as she is only 24 yrs old and can recover with bed rest.

Having severe pain in the lower back that continues to the right leg. The entire leg pains a lot. Almost 2 months have passed , but there's no recovery.

Sprain in ACL. Difficulty in running walking and long standing..having pop sound while sitting and standing

Hi, I had acl partial tear in 2014 May. I had bed rest and proper physiotherapy which helped me be stable later. However from last two days i am having pain and tingling in knees. I stretched a bit unknowingly while getting up after sitting on floor.

I hearing some click or knock sound whenever i bend my knee , and im getting pain while standing more than 30minutes, and yes im over weight, i like to know what might be the reason

Sir I m 27 year old boy I have pain in neck and back last 3 month when I was playing football and get injured . I have some kind of pain in base of scull and only neck area and lumber resion . But last 4 four days I m feeling pinch all body and pain in hand and leg and all body also . It started only from last 4 days .

In 1995, i had a fractue in the hip bone on the left side. All was fine till the last 6 months. Walking is my hobby. The pain started in my hip for the last 6 months. I am not able to walk properly for the lasy 6 months. I think pain started because of excessive exercises like yoga, leg press workouts, etc. I am 66 yrs youngman. Pl advice.
