My left leg was twist causing little pain while walking and swelling. As per MRI ACL and MCL having tear.

Need a short history of the injury. ACL tear if complete will surely need emergent treatment by arthroscopic reconstruction. MCL can be managed with conservative trial after ACL reconstruction. MCL doesnot need surgery untill it is a complete tear (III) that too from the tibial side.
For now, ice fomentation and anti inflammatory and analgesics will do the job for now.
