Sir, My brother had a issue of reactive arthritis from last 7 months, we had seen him to a Doctor in bhubaneswar , odisha for this problem. first he have a issue in his feet , we have done all x rays and other test accordingly. and they detected that is a reactive arthritis and then they drain out some water bt the pain remains the same.

I have been having a strong ache like pain in the front of my knee cap for days after doing any activity that strains it. I'm 14 now and it began when I was around 11 after my knee was hurt pretty bad in a fall which led to me going to hospital. I have a hip pain at the outside point of the hip, the pain is not stopping me from doing my day today activities. The pain started quite months back that time I was doing long running, took a break of some months now, again when I started running slowly the pain has started. At present i have stop running but still have pain.

There is no particular pattern of increasing pain. There is a continous pain there in the lower back. It pains more during periods, during backward / frwrd bending or anything that puts pressure on my lower back
