  4. Contusion of foot. Do i have dvt?

Contusion of foot
A small plastic weight fell on my foot causing contusion. When pain did not subside, X Ray was taken which did not show fracture. After 1 week, while examining the Dcotor pressed the point of injury after which there was intense pain and swelling. Even veins are swelling up now after 3 days. Do I have DVT? I am in Palampur, a remote region in HP

Bony contusion may take some time to heal....2..3 wks.    Continue analgesics..ice fomentation...     Local venous engorgement is likely in swelling...
