Hip X-ray results ongoing pain

I have had results of an X-ray to my hip after experiencing long term pain. My Doctor has not explained them to me. It says; borderline bilateral coxa valga, slight uncovering of both femoral heads, no significant degenerate change. There is a right-sided os acetabulum.
