Left hand elbow joint sever pain .

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I fell from my scooty & took support of my hand on ground. since then the pain persists whenever i try to to some work with that hand.There is no swelling. Even lifting a glass of water become very difficult for me. No physical mark or hurt. only pain persists while working. Almost 10days over from the incident. i am using volin gel with heat belt
