  4. Pain i wrist. No swelling. For an x-ray?

Pain i wrist.No swelling.
Slipped and fell on left hand wrist support. severe pain while moving the wrist and not able to lift any object which take wrist support. Yet there is no swelling and fingers are working fine. Could it be a broken bone case? Should I go for an X-Ray?
