Right Heel Pain
On the bottom of my right foot at the base of the heel it really hurts to walk on even touch, there is no bruising or swelling but the pain is getting to the point where I don't want to walk.

The problem is in the footwear..u need to have cushioned insoles on your footwear..plus you need to do exercises ankle range of movements and try catching marbles under your toes and release..
